Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 6 nos eggs


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 cups onions,chopped


  • 1 cups tomato,chopped


  • 1 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp egg curry masala


  • 1 tsp meat masala


  • 2 tbsp coriander chopped


  • 2 cups water

Directions

  • In a pan add eggs and water and boil it till the egg got some crack.
  • Now add oil in a kadhai and heat it and then add cumin seeds and crackle it.
  • Now add onions and saute it till transparent in colour.
  • Now add haldi,garam masala,salt,egg curry masala and mix all well and then leave for 1 minute.
  • Now add tomato and saute it till it seperate its oil and then cool it.
  • Now add all the mixture into a grinder and then grind it well and make a smooth puree.
  • Now add some more oil into the kadhai and add meat masala and mix well.
  • Now add the onion-tomato puree and mix well and when it starts to combine and water and watch its consistency and boil it.
  • When a boil comes add boiled egg and then add chopped corriander and cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Its done.
